Taking Advantage
We were graced with three days of 60 -70°F weather earlier this week and it was wonderful. First crocus! I’m not one to waste a moment of a beautiful spring day, especially after the frigid winter we just went through. After a morning soak in the hot tub listening to the birds, I got busy giving my car a thorough cleaning inside and out. I hosed off the floor mats which were caked with salt and road grime. I just hope they dry before the winter weather returns tomorrow. This little wooly bear was taking advantage of the sunshine too! I went snow shoeing with Sue Ellen and Patty on Monday in 60°F temps. Slushy snow shoeing at Preston Hollow. Afterwards, we went to a giant flea market in the Catskills. I got lucky and spotted a vintage baking dish my sister has long been searching for.
