I made the best pizza yesterday by combining some of my favorite ingredients. I took a StoneHearth flatbread, spread it with lemon ricotta cheese, thinly sliced cantaloupe, prosciutto, arugula, caramelized onions, shredded goat cheese, and a drizzle of balsamic reduction. Oh My Delicious!

| Heading back out onto the lake. It looks serene, but the wind really kicks up the waves getting around the point on the lake. |
The day was rounded out with dinner at Doc Brown's on Saratoga Lake. We were seated outside at a blistering hot table, and they forgot my dinner, but we had fun and had cake beside the lake after. Loveliest of friends!

I added another 20 miles to the biking total. It was such a nice day I couldn't bear to stay inside. The wildfire smoke has cleared and we have a clear blue sky with puffy clouds. I had to wait until 7 pm to mow the front lawn because it was quite hot. There will be more rain tomorrow so best to enjoy the outside today. I got a call from Glenn - she caught Covid somewhere in her travels and is feeling sickly. I tested negative; glad I got that booster right before my trip.

Happy Birthday--there are no insignificant ones! The cake is beautiful but no dinner?? Oops. Your photos are always so scenic and make me want to join you on your adventures. I would love that pizza as long as you could leave the cantaloupe over my part. I would even fly to New York to get some! (but not until the weather improves--LOL)
